Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TypingHero, a typing-game service operated by Designveloper. By signing in or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect your access credentials, and be authorized to use the Google Workspace account you select. Google Sign-In is initially restricted to approved @dgroup.co users.

Acceptable use

You may use TypingHero for lawful gameplay, learning, and internal testing. You must not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, automate unfair gameplay, manipulate scores or rewards, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

Game progress and virtual items

Scores, coins, rewards, ranks, and other virtual items are features of the service. They have no cash value, are not transferable outside supported features, and may be corrected when caused by bugs, abuse, or data errors.

Service availability

TypingHero may change, pause, or discontinue features during development, maintenance, or security work. We aim to preserve account progress but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent retention of every game result.

Account suspension

Designveloper administrators may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using TypingHero or delete your account through supported account controls.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Designveloper is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this development-stage service.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as TypingHero changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to contact@typinghero.xyz.
